| Brasserie Darwin |
| Brewed to recreate the local beers drunk in the Richmond and North Yorkshire areas. Richmond Ale is a double brown ale with brown and specialist crystal malt and Fuggles hops. Richmond Ale is fermented with a Richmond yeast and is based on the style of beer popular in the 1880's when British brewing was at its peak. It is moderately strong in alcohol and carries a malty mouthfeel with just enough bitterness to persist in the aftertaste and balance a smooth mouthfeel. |
